1 Information We Collect

When you use PRRIINCE BOT and connect your Facebook account, we may request and access the following permissions and data:

• Facebook Basic Profile Information: User ID, Name, and Email address for authentication and profile management (public_profile).
• Facebook Pages & Business Permissions: Page List & Tokens, Content Creation, Comments, Metadata, Insights, and Business Management (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, pages_manage_engagement, pages_manage_metadata, pages_read_user_content, read_insights, business_management, publish_video) required strictly for full Facebook Page management and automated video publishing.
• Google Drive Folder Mapping: Specific Google Drive Folder IDs designated by you for fetching video content to be posted.

2 How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to provide and improve our Facebook Page automated posting service:

• To authenticate your identity and authorize your connected Facebook Pages.
• To upload and publish video content directly to your Facebook Page feed according to your defined schedule.
• To manage background cleanup of posted video files in accordance with user preferences.
• We NEVER sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information, Facebook credentials, or Page access tokens with third parties.

3 Data Storage & Security

All access tokens and application configurations are encrypted and securely stored in our isolated database. We implement industry-standard technical measures (SSL/TLS encryption, secure database access controls) to prevent unauthorized access or token disclosure.

4 Data Deletion & User Control (How to Revoke Access)

You maintain 100% control over your data and connected Facebook Pages at all times:

• Disconnect Page: You can delete any connected Facebook Page at any time from your app dashboard, which immediately wipes the stored Page Access Token.
• Revoke Meta Permissions: You can revoke PRRIINCE BOT access anytime by visiting Facebook Settings ➔ Business Apps / Integration and removing our app.
• Data Deletion Requests: To request complete account and data removal, email us at support@prriincebot.com or contact support.
